III.)     Tell us what would best suit you:  This section helps us best match you with a puppy.  Please keep in mind that there is no way of telling if your perfect match will be born.  If your pick does not come out in the closest upcoming litter, we will keep your contract and NON REFUNDABLE deposit until one is available for you.  The best way to ensure you get what you want is to get on the waiting list as soon as you possibly can. This will at least secure you a place in line for the puppy you so desire. (I.e., gender, quailty…etc).

IV).       Waiting list fee/ puppy deposit information:  Please read this section carefully.

            Waiting list fee is $100.00.  This fee is NON REFUNDABLE.  You have been dually notified of all terms and conditions.  If you have any questions or resolves, please make sure everything is cleared up prior to placing a deposit on your pick.  This waiting list fee will hold your place in line for the above description of the pup that you so desire.  We will notify you of the # pick you are in line upon receiving your waiting list fee and waiting list form.  When a match to your description is born, a NON  REFUNDABLE deposit of half of the total (less the $100.00 waiting list fee) is due. The rest will be due upon pickup.  Total price of puppies vary according to registration type,gender and quality.

            In the event that your description is not met with the next upcoming litter, we will hold your waiting list fee until the next litter.  With parentage in mind, we do not give refunds for this matter as we cannot predict exactly what will be born.  At that time you will have one of the first spots in line for the next litter automatically.

V).        Directions/ order of events:

            1. Fill out and send this form to the above name and address.

            2. Your form will be reviewed & you will be notified of acceptance or denial.

            3. Upon notification of acceptance a waiting list fee of no less than $100.00 is due. (Paid via pay pal w/service fee of 3%, cash, postal money order or check.) in the event of a check, your place in line is on hold until the check clears our bank.

            4. After said fee is cleared, you will be notified of your place on our list in accordance with your specifications of your choice match.

            5. When said match is born, you will be notified.  At this time, a deposit of $400.00 off the balance (less the $100.00 waiting list fee) will be due.

            6.  Time of pickup will be discussed.  At that time the remaining balance is at the time pups are 8 weeks old. CASH at pickup OR PAY PAL, CHECK, POSTAL MONEY ORDER 72 hours prior to pickup ONLY!  Puppy will not be SHIPPED/PICKUP until funds are cleared.

           7. Shipping is available and free in the USA only.
